Hi, I’m Vicki. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2005. I started my real estate career in the Grand Rapids area and have had many roles in the industry, including teaching real estate licensing classes. I moved back to southeast Michigan in 2019 to be closer to family and started working for Duneske Real Estate Advisors as their client care specialist. The best part of my job is the variety of tasks daily, but most of all, the feeling of success when a client achieves their goal of buying and/or selling with a smile on their face. 

Outside of real estate, I love to travel, spend time with family and friends, golf, bowl, play games, and do anything crafty. My favorite games are strategic games, which makes sense since problem-solving is also why I’m good at my job. I anticipate any potential problems and head them off before they become an issue or delay a transaction. 

My years of customer service experience as a bank manager prepared me to understand how important it is to treat everyone with the same respect and kindness that I would want to be treated. Whether communicating with a client, another real estate agent, a lender, or a title company, I pride myself in keeping the conversation on point and welcoming.
