Hi, I'm Jeff!

 

My name is Jeff Duneske, and I have been helping homeowners buy and sell real estate in Northville, Novi, South Lyon, Plymouth, and the surrounding Metro Detroit communities since 2000.

 

Over the past 26 years, I have worked with more than 1,300 families and closed over $390 million in residential real estate. The number I am most proud of, though, is not a dollar figure. It is the hundreds of five-star reviews from clients who trusted me to guide them through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, and who came back when it was time to do it again.

 

I treat people the way I want to be treated. That is not a tagline. It is how I was raised and how I have run this business from the beginning. I am not here to pressure anyone. I am here to listen, give honest advice, and help you make the best decision for your situation.

 

My Background

I grew up in Novi, where I learned early on the value of hard work, community, and follow-through. Those values led me to earn the rank of Eagle Scout, something I still consider one of the formative experiences of my life.

 

After high school, I attended Oakland Community College and the Oakland Fire Academy and went on to serve as a firefighter and EMT for over a decade. That work taught me how to stay calm when the stakes are high, how to focus on what matters most under pressure, and how to pay close attention to detail when it counts. Those are the same qualities I bring to every real estate transaction.

 

I transitioned into real estate because it gave me a way to keep doing what I have always done, helping people through meaningful moments in their lives. Many of my clients have come back to me two, three, and four times over the years. That kind of trust is not something I take lightly.

 

Life Outside of Real Estate

I am a husband and father of three daughters. On any given weekend, you will find me on the golf course, skiing up north, or on the sideline as a volleyball dad. I am also a committed Detroit sports fan, for better or worse.

I mention this because it shapes how I work. Buying or selling a home is not just a transaction. For most people, it is a decision that affects their family, their finances, and what comes next in their life. I understand that personally, and it is why I approach this work the way I do.
